Bug #1285: forums#index shows topics awaiting moderation as "last active"

Description

Right now looking at the forums#index action I can see the Synergy Advance forums was last active "an hour ago" and the "view" link points to: https://wincent.dev/forums/synergy-advance/topics/407

Clicking on the link however, yields a "Requested topic not found" flash.

Looks like an issue awaiting moderation is causing the "last active" column to update, and it shouldn't be.
