Feature request #1586: Add "tag:foo" syntax to fulltext site search

Description

Can currently search for things using title:foo (or summary, or body, or excerpt).

Would be nice to do tag:foo as well.

As it stands, searching for just "foo" should return things tagged with "foo" anyway, but it doesn't actually search the tags.
