Description

We want tweets posted here to be automatically reposted to Twitter. Evidently some sort of automatic abbreviation will need to be incorporated, seeing as the tweets here don't have a hard 140-character limit. And also, will want some kind of link back.

    Background job, too, for when Twitter goes down. Don't want to do the relaying during the actual request cycle.

    Will likely lean no the twitter gem.

    Need to decide what to do with links, particularly internal/relative links.
