Bug #174: Store unwanted .synergyButtons in a "Disabled Button Sets" folder

Description

Since there are so many button sets available for download, I like to keep only the ones I like the most in the Button Sets folder and the rest (including many default sets) in a Disabled folder. This keeps the popup more manageable, and when I have the randomize pref turned on ensures that I won't get a set that I don't like. But when a new version is released and I run the installer, it puts new versions of the standard sets back into the Button Sets folder.

I suggest the Synergy installer know about a Disabled Button Sets folder. When installing sets, look in both locations for each set. If it's found in either folder, replace it there instead of always in the Button Sets folder.

    Thanks for submitting the request.

I have a module under development for Synergy Advance which makes browsing/activating/disabling large numbers of button sets much easier. No more pop-up menu; it's a UI widget that really isn't very well suited to displaying large sets.

I won't be able to backport this module to Synergy Classic (because the code depends on 10.3) but I will think about other options for providing a better UI for this. Depending on the design, we may or may not need the "Disable Button Sets" folder.

Changing assignment to reflect my new email address.
