Description

The first time I use :CommandT after launching vim, everything is fine.

However, from the second time onwards, the background colour (ctermbg) seems to be ignored by the highlighting. I'm using the default PmenuSel colour for highlighting (i.e. I've not overridden g:CommandTHighlightColor).

Versions: MacVim 7.3.754 (run in iTerm 2 on OS X using mvim -v) Commant-T 1.5.1

There have been quite a few changes to the highlight handling around this commit (see also this), so I'm going to close this optimistically on the probability that it's fixed. Let's re-open if that turns out not to be the case.
