Bug #2149: Rails bombing out on URLs with a trailing slash in them

Description

URLs like https://wincent.dev/blog/ used to work, but are now 404'ing; the version without the trailing slash does work.

Seems likely that this busted in a recent Rails update.

    Known issue; will hopefully get fixed by a revert before Rails 4.1.0 goes final.

    Upstream fix got merged, so even though I can't do anything about this until the next version of Rails comes out, going to mark this one as closed.
