Bug #244: Blank menu items appear in Global Menu

Description

Between "Quit iTunes" and "Prederences" menu items are two *blank* menu items (with the associated divider lines showing as well). I'm wondering if they only are supposed to show up under Tiger -- but that still means they shouldn't show up (blank or otherwise) under other OS versions.

"There are two blank menu items in the Global Menu which correspond to modules that will be released in the next previews. They are currently scheduled for public preview release 0.3 and 0.2."
