Bug #25: Bugzilla not sending emails

Description

Bugzilla wasn't sending out emails. This is a fresh install fo Bugzilla, so I hadn't had time to notice yet.

It was trying to send using /usr/lib/sendmail, which doesn't exist on this server, and it wasn't spitting out any error messages, so I didn't notice when I installed. In any case, I've fixed it by setting up a link to the real sendmail.

I just wanted to post a bug report here so that people would know what happened.
