Bug #309: Floater won't move to 2nd screen if 2nd screen is above main screen

Description

the floater does not seem able to make it onto my 2nd screen when the 2nd screen is configured to be above the main screen; however, if I temporarily set the 2nd screen to the bottom or either side the floater drags over as expected. it seems that something about the Finder menubar makes the floater unable to be moved off the top of the screen, while normal application windows seem to slide behind the Finder menubar with no troubes.

    Thanks for reporting this, John. I haven't had a two-screen setup for a very long time so I haven't noticed this issue but I don't doubt that what you're describing is the case. I am not looking at the code right at this minute, but I am fairly sure there is a constraint in there that is preventing the floater from moving above the Menu Bar.

    Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'll look into it and see if I can remove that constraint.

    Figured I'd update the ticket to show the problem exists in 2.8. Still not a major problem, as the temporary solution I first posted still works to get the floater to the top screen.
