Feature request #40: REQUEST: Minimum width of floating box

Description

I'd like the feature to set a minimum width of the floating box (as one could force back in the days of PTYiTunesNotifyer, or whatever its name was, by adding a line holding numerous spaces).

    My plan is to add a number of sliders for min/max width and height to Synergy Advance. Then we'll see about porting it back to Synergy Classic.
