Bug #418: Crash on launch (awakeFromNib -> iChat plug-in)

Description

Attaching a user-submitted crash report. The crash is occurring somewhere in the iChat plug-in (not sure exactly where) when called from the main application controller's awakeFromNib method.

In order to trouble shoot this further I'd need to rule out conflicts with the many input managers installed on the system, and if it turns out that there is some kind of conflict, isolate it and figure out a work around.

    Further investigation shows this is the same crash as bug #402.
