Description

Title pretty much says it all - and Option-Click on the track skip buttons in iTunes changes to the next or previous album. Synergy should replicate this behavior. I just purchased before checking this and was a bit disappointed that it wasn't included. Great app otherwise! Thanks!

Thanks for submitting the feature request, Luke. I agree that this feature is a logical inclusion. I will see if I can get it implemented for version 3.0 or soon after. Marking as ASSIGNED.

For the record, Synergy Advance has the ability to skip albums (hold the option key when looking at the Global Menu; or use hot keys). Synergy Advance does not have menu bar control buttons like Synergy (yet) but I will soon be adding this feature.

... Maybe with a fast double-click on the next or previous shortcut.

    Thanks for the input, Anders.

Hm, I think that would cause much more confusion than anything else, and would probably appear to be a "bug" to most users who trigger it accidentally. I think that holding down Option is a much better solution because it is much harder to trigger accidentally and much more consistent with the interface provided in iTunes itself (what happens when you double-click the next or previous buttons in iTunes itself?).
