Description

From a user email: "Have you thought about putting a volume control next to the synergy buttons at top?"

A few people have requested this. iTunes volume control is already present in Synergy Classic in the form of hot keys, but I do plan to add a graphical control as well to Synergy Advance.

    Marking as ASSIGNED.

The more that I use iTunes with my Airport express, the more the iTunes volume is separate from the system volume. This is really a necessary feature and is core to the philosophy behind synergy, which is to allow basic iTunes operation without having to bring the iTunes application to the fore.

I *really* want to add this as a priority for future enhancement of synergy.

Thanks for the comments, Adin. What are your thoughts on how you'd like to see it implemented?

For me, I actually prefer the hot keys as a way of controlling iTunes volume (which you can already do). As far as the menu-bar based control (ie. the subject of this feature request) I was thinking it would be like the system volume control (a slider in a menu). Or would you like to see it implemented a different way?

The slider idea sound great....just wouldn't want to break all those themes out there right now.

Or you could stick the control into the menu that pops out of the pause button.

thanks for listening to the feature requests!

Changing assignment to reflect my new email address.
