Bug #85: Crashes if NetInfo database contains a user with a colon in the name

Description

From a user email: "I previously sent you a message about WinSwitch crashing the SystemUIServer. I found out why. My NetInfo database for some reason had a user with the name dir:104. The colon caused the SystemUIServer to choke. I've removed that user and now WinSwitch is OK."

I am going to see if I can reproduce this locally and try to fix it. The fix will no doubt be similar to the one I had to implement for bug #68.

The user has since gotten in contact with me and said that the original suspicion (the colon in the name) is *not* the cause. Will need to update the summary on this bug once we actually figure out what the cause is. It's a NetInfo issue, but not the same one as bug #68, so it's not a dupe.

Created a new debug build to help trouble-shoot this issue.

Sigh. Turns out that this is a duplicate of bug #68. The user never tried the build which fixed that bug, and so I thought this was a different problem.
